Blocks v1.0 cursor xp download

My very first windows cursor theme. 9x9 minimal. I couldn't find a cursor that met my needs, so I made one.

More colors/colours in future revisions.

The scheme is majority animated cursors.

All notifications and icons are within the main pointer.

Let me know what you guys think and provide suggestions if you have them.
