This SemiBlack7 has been tested on a 32-bit system (build 7600)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Patch uxtheme first using patcher in UniversalThemePatcher_20090409.zip

After rebooting place the SemiBlack7 folder and the *.theme file to C:\windows\resources\themes

Doubleclick theme file and it should apply

(This might be risky):

If you want a vista orb on the small taskbar, take ownership of explorer.exe in C:\windows, rename it to explorer.bak and copy the new explorer there.

This is a beta release, there might be bugs.
