Update of my GlassMaxX skin... I love it and I hope you all like it too..

Big thanks for Jim, Doc and Tom on helping me testing and iron out some small thing that can't be seen on my system.

Some of the old component of GlaxxMaxX Theme still around in my gallary which include cursor/icons and stuff.
