This cursor is a Hybrid of my atomic CHARGE and fly by NIGHT cursors. I kept the main pointers from atomic CHARGE except that I removed the animation from the hand; I changed the resize, move, and pen cursors to the ones I used in fly by NIGHT; and I improved the waiting (busy) cursor by overlapping the rings in a more realistic manner. This hybrid cursor is more friendly for everyday use.
