The New Razer Blade Theme

(compatible for both Creators Update and New Anniversary Update)

:: theme will look best only in 100-110% DPI scaling, at 1920x1080 resolution

:: some apps needed too exactly look like the preview (OldNewExplorer, StartisBack++)
