Attention #1: IE bug is unfixable! I recommend to use another browser.

Attention #2: In Windows 8.1 Microsoft has added a underlay behind the text on windows, so there is a visual problem with Gradient frames version.

Try Aero Glass "glass8.berlios.de" to avoid this, another way - use Glass borders version.

Attention #3: To enable/disable glass borders you must turn on/off shadows in personalization panel.
